Routine inspection - Hand washing station is provided with hot cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - All coolers are at or below 4C - Walk in freezer is at -18C. Please ensure food temperature is monitored and logged in the log book for the walk-in Cooler and Walk-in freezer. - Hot holding units are at or above 60C/ 140F. Double container issue in hot holding unit with meat ball were discussed with the operator. Please ensure all containers are single and food temperature is always 60C or hotter while in the unit. - Washrooms are maintained. - Dishwashing sink is maintained. - Sanitizer Quat measured at 200ppm in buckets with wiping clothes. - Permit is posted. Staff are food safe trained. - No obvious sign of pest at this date.
