Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handwashing sink by the dishwashing area was not operational.
Corrective Action(s): Use the 2 compartment sink beside the 3 compartment dishwashing sink as a temporary handwashing station.

Observation: The handwashing sink by the dishwashing area was not functioning properly. A spout was removed from the sink.
Corrective Action(s): The manager had stated that they were in search of a replaceable part. Inform the Health Officer on timeline of the repair. Use the 2 compartment sink in the area temporariliy as a handwashing sink until the handwashing sink gets repaired. Given 1 week to correct the issue.

Handwashing sink in the main cooking area was fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
QUAT sanitizer in use @ 200ppm with wiping cloths in sanitizer containers. The sanitizer gets replaced every 2 hours.

Hot holding @ 60 C or above
Condiments such as cheeses and cut vegetables have 2 hour limit at room temperature. A temperature log was kept.
