Bleach solution must be available at all times during operation.
Have detailed instructions posted on bleach solution mixing ratio so staff can mix.
Have test strips available for staff to test bleach solution to ensure it is proper strength.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
