- Hand washing stations equipped with hot / cold water, paper towel, and liquid soap

Temperatures:
- Two upright fridges were below 4C during inspection
- All undercounter fridges were below 4C during inspection
- Upright freezer was below -18C
- Undercounter freezer was below -18C
- Hot holding of fried chicken was probed at 87.3C

- Thermometers present in all fridges and freezers

General Sanitation & Maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink, plugs, and QUATS sanitizer are available for manual dishwashing (not in use during inspection)
- Sanitizer for counters was available in spray bottle. * Solution was QUATS measuring in at 400ppm. *
- Ventilation hood for fryer was in good order and maintained (next service 1/2024)
- Food products are stored 6-inches above the ground
- General facility sanitation and cleanliness is adequate
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Food products are stored covered and in food-grade containers / plastics

Administrative:
- Temperature logs were available and maintained
- Permit is posted
- FoodSafe Level 1, or equivalent was not available *
- Pest control in place via Rentokil; records available
