Observation: Loaf of bread on floor of freezer under shelves to the left of the door, knives and knife rack and double handled knife and holder all have debris on them, waste and debris in space between cake decorating cabinet and wall (by double sink), oven window (inside) and grease/dirt blowing in the space, debris/crumbs in some cupboards.
Corrective Action(s): Premises needs a thorough general cleaning where food debris/waste accumulations.

No other problems noted at the time of inspection, all refrigerators and freezers meet requirements, dishware manually sanitized in 200 ppm of quaternary ammonium, sanitizer spray bottles readily available, food handling satisfactory, no indications of insect/rodent infestation.
