Observation: Far left cooler was over 4C containing mainly non-potentially hazardous. One item of potentially hazardous food was moved into the adjacent cooler that was working.
Operator called maintenance worker to come in and fix cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooling unit can maintain a temperature of belo 4C at all times.
Follow-up will be done in the coming days to verify cooler being fixed.

Follow-up inspection will be conducted on Aug.16, 2021 regarding cooler issue. Operator has called maintenance worker to repair the cooler.

-Hot holding units maintain at least 60C
-Secondary cooking step is applied to donair meat after cutting off rotating broiler.
-Freezer units are in working condition
-Sanitizer bottle is on site and labelled
