Dishwasher not in good working order at time of inspection. Be sure to follow manual sanitizing method - After washing in the dishwasher, fill a sink with 100ppm Cl (1 tbsp bleach for 4L water) and fully subnerge all dishes for 2 minutes. Then Air Dry.
