Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potatoe Wedges and Hashbrown internal temperture observed between 45C - 55C in bottom two trays of hot holding unit at the west side of front area. Opertor voluntarily discarded potatoe wedges and hashbrown. Ensure that all potentially hazardous food items are stored at or above 60C.
