[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dozens of pallets of eggs (30 count flats) stored on floor at room temperature. Surface temperature 20C. Corrective Action(s): Operator moved eggs to coolers. Some eggs intended for friends/family/staff. Main issue is lack of storage space and especially cooler space. Install at least 1 more cooler to allow for more storage of meats and eggs. Date to be completed by: 2 weeks. Violation Score: 25

Follow up Inspection from last time. -Hand wash sink is fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels for hand hygiene. -Quat sanitizer in sink 400ppm (>200ppm). Check with test strips to ensure 200ppm.
