Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection and FBI complaint f/u (TGIL- CHRSE4 and TGIL-CHRS84). - Prep cooler was functioning properly and was recorded at 3.6C. - Confirmation was made regarding the source of raw beef and was found to be an approved source. - Hand delivered the demand letter with an outstanding permit fees of $150.00 payable to Fraser Health. NOTE - Please pay the permit fees within 10 days of the day of this inspection report.
