Comments

All outstanding violations from previous routine inspection have been corrected except for:
Code 306 - Cleaning inside equipment as well as areas that are easily visible done; however, underneath cooking area and prep table still require attention.
continue to clean areas that are underneath prep tables and equipment.

Observations:
Light cover now replaced over food prep area.
Coolers now organized so that all raw meat products are stored in the bottom.
Food items stored on counters (off the floor).
Dishwasher reached 74.3 deg C at plate surface (thermometer and thermolabel matched).
Ensure dishwasher is monitored and serviced on a regular basis.
Follow your Sanitation Plan and cleaning schedule to ensure premises maintained in sanitary condition.
