Sanitizer concentrations >100ppm as per test strips: waiter area and kitchen
Chlorine Test Strips available in plentiful supply for checking washers and sanitizers

NOTE: personal effects are amongst dry foods and is not ideally located -the personal effects, electronics and security equipment should be grouped together down and away from the public foods -go through all the equipment in this room and remove from the premise any goods no longer related to restaurant -Recommend coat hangers be placed in employee washroom for the coats and the bags
