Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At three compartment sink, the sanitizer solution is measured at less than 50ppm in sanitize compartment
Corrective Action(s): Fresh solution prepared in the sanitize compartment of the sink, concentration was measured at 200ppm quats solution. Check the concentration with test strips and change solution on regular basis

Comments

All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap & paper towel.
-All coolers - walk-in cooler, sandwich prep cooler, two undercounter coolers, display cooler - are measured at less than 4C.
-Hot holding station is measured at greater than 60C.
-thermometers are available in all units.
-Sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces is measured at 200ppm quats solution in spray bottles in front area. Peroxide sanitizer is used for high touch surfaces.
-No evidence of pest activity is noted.
-Test strips are available for quats sanitizer.
-General sanitation is satisfactory
