Facility is rented out to caterers and food service providers. No food stored on premise. Premise is sanitary. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand washing sink with liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink on premise. Cooler at 4C and below. One chest freezer at -18C. Equipment in good working order. Bleach sanitizer available in and in use during service. Facility is in compliance. Recommendation: A pest monitoring and prevention program would help prevent the amount of flies in this facility. Consider fly paper or an adhesive fly trap system installed by a pest control company.
