Comments

- Prep cooler has been repaired; ambient temperature now at ~2C
- Cut vegetables were no longer being stored on top of prep cooler - good. *Reminder that during lunch rush, if cut vegetables are to be stored on top of prep cooler, they must be placed in ice.
- Scoops were no longer being stored inside dry ingredient bins - good.
- Dry ingredient bins have been cleaned
- Bleach sanitizer solution was available at 200 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths - good. *Reminder to prepare fresh solution at the beginning of each day and change this solution every 4 hours at a minimum, or sooner if solution becomes visibly dirty.
- Bleach sanitizer solution also available at 200 ppm in spray bottle at front server area. Ensure to change solution in spray bottle at least once a week.
- Area where hot water tank is located has been re-organized and cleaned
