Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff handwash station did not have any liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Liquid hand soap was replaced at the time of inspection.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Facility was found to have severe rodent infestation. Droppings were found throughout the facility: in the warehouse, walk-in cooler, on food, shelving units, etc. three dead rodents were also found in the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Contact professional pest control services to mitigate the pest infestation. Seal all potential entry points, store foods off the floor and in pest proof containers, and maintain facility in a clean and sanitary condition. Remove all droppings and sanitize all affected areas with a bleach sanitizing solution. Facility has been issued a Public Health Act Closure Order. Facility is to remain closed until the conditions of the Order have been met.

Observation: Door sweep for the back door is not sufficient to keep pests out.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace door sweep to prevent potential pest entry.
