Observation: Under counter cooler below frozen beverage station has water pooling and is in unsanitary condition.
Corrective action: Adequately clean and sanitize cooler. Proper sanitation is necessary to prevent food contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer by frozen beverage station.
dispenser of flavoured cappuccino machine is in unsanitary condition and food accumulation in nozzle.
Corrective action: Sanitizer was placed in frozen beverage station area at time of inspection. Dispenser was dismantled, cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Adequate sanitation is necessary to prevent microbiological growth and potential food contamination.

Observation: Handwashing sink in coffee making area is not in service as it is clogged.
Corrective action: Staff confirmed a technician is booked to come and address the issue tomorrow. Have the handwashing station fixed as soon as possible and direct staff to use the alternative handwashing sink in the meantime. Adequate handwashing station is necessary for proper hygiene and to reduce potential food contamination.

-Freezer measured to be below -18C
-Hot-holding measured to be above 60C

High temperature dishwasher provided above 71C on dish surface.
All handwash stations have hot/cold water, liquid soap and disposable paper towel.
All sanitizing pails were being refilled during inspection and then measured at 200ppm Quaternary ammonia solution.

Ice machines were in sanitary condition.

Sanitation:

-All food stored off floor
-All foods are covered to protect from contamination
Chemicals are stored in designated areas away from food.
Dry storage is clean and in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activity noticed during inspection.

Staff meet food safety training requirements

Temperature logs are present and are being maintained.
Washroom are in sanitary condition.
