Routine inspection conducted at the food store and the following observations were made: - Temperature of pop cooler maintained at 4C, - All pre-packaged food is sold on site. - Food was stored at least 6" off the floor. - Back storage area was well organized. - 2-compartment sink present in front area and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - QUATS sanitizer present in spray bottle and the concentration is measured at 200ppm. - Mop sink present in rest room.
