Introduction

An unscheduled inspection was conducted on September 12, 2023 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were reviewed for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated September 12, 2023 there were children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment was completed and a copy was provided. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. Valid CRC's are available onsite. The following discussions were had with the Manager & Staff: · Gradual Entries · Registrations · Physical Facility The information contained in the report was discussed with the Licensee and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
