- Brewery, production and storage areas maintained in sanitary condition - Handwashing sink in production area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Walk-in cooler was at 4C - Reviewed production, cleaning and sanitizing procedures with Operator at the time of the inspection. - Peracetic acid solution used to sanitize brewery equipment. - Chemicals are stored away from brewing/bottling area. - No signs of pest issues at the time of the inspection.
