Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 78 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) a the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
Ice machine was in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff member was present on the shift.
An informed dining inspection was conducted.
