-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -temp logs maintained daily -quats at 200ppm -dishwasher at 71C at dish -general sanitation good -Renovations have been completed outside of building, new window trim and caulking has been installed -HVAC deflectors have been installed on all ceiling vents **Level 1 Foodsafe Certificates expiry July 29 2018 if there isn't an expiry date on the certificate. One staff member on site at all times must have a valid Foodsafe certificate. If certificate is expired sign up for a Foodsafe course at Foodsafe.ca Please keep a copy of staff certificates on site for future inspections
