-Note: The food contact surface sanitizer bottle was fixed at the time of the inspection.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
The walk in freezer had a temperature of - 5 C. All foods in the freezer were frozen and the operator stated it is currently on a defrost cycle. Ensure that the temperature goes down to -18 C or below.
Sink plugs available for the 3-compartment sink and chlorine test strips were onsite.
Screen in place on the back door.
Bleach sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
