Observation: 3 tiles at the entrance of walk in freezer were found broken/cracked which may result in build up of debris/dirt. Manager stated that they have already contacted the company and will have it repaired soon.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the floors are made of smooth, impervious and easy to clean material. Broken tiles must be replaced/repaired as needed.

Observation: Oil spill was observed on the floor under the shelving unit used for storing take out containers.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the oil spill and ensure that facility is maintained in sanitary condition at all times.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted at the facility and the following observations were made:

- Temperature of coolers were found at or below 4C
- Freezers noted at or below -18C
- Hot foods stored in hot holding units were recorded above 60C
- Time tracking was conducted for PHFs stored at room temperature such as sliced tomatoes, cheese etc. Labels were posted on each container.
- Handwash sink in the front service area and food prep area had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS noted in 3rd sink.
- Multiple sanitizer pails available throughout the facility with 200ppm QUATS solution.
- Food storage and handling practices were found satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Valid Permit to Operate available at the facility.
