Routine inspection conducted

• All refrigeration units maintain 4 degrees C or less.
• All freezer units maintain -18 degrees C or less.
• Hot-holding units measured greater than 60 degrees C.
• Hand sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
• Sanitizer from source dispenser and other sanitizing bucket with wash cloth measured at 200 ppm QUATS.
• Dishwashing unit on site is still broken but operator mentioned a new one is on order for replacement.
• 3-compartment sink for manual ware washing is used with drain plugs available.
• FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent requirement met.
• No signs of pests at time of inspection.
• Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
• Chemicals are stored separately away from food.
