Plastic drapes have been cleaned.
Light in storage room has been repaired and is working.
Bleach sanitizer for wiping rags was at 100ppm chlorine.
Plastic cooler is now in use for defrosting frozen fish in the cooler.
Reminded staff to ensure tongs and rice paddle need to kept in an ice/water mixture at all times. After busy periods, staff should ensure to dump out the melted ice water, and wash the tongs/rice paddle and containers used to store them.
