Routine inspection conducted: Lunch starts at 11:45AM - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Temperature logs maintained. - Hot-holding units operating at/above 60'C. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm Quats available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - Back storage room satisfactory. Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. NOTE: Chest freezer being defrosted at the time of the inspection. No food stored in the unit.
