-Follow-up inspection to March 26, 2018. -On March 26, 2018 Public Health Act Correction Order was issued to facility regarding two live birds in a plastic cage in the dining area. Birds and bird cage were located adjacent to the fish tank. -Birds and bird cage have been removed from the facility. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued on March 26, 2018 have been met. Correction Order has been rescinded. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
