Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tempura and cut vegetables are noted at room temperture. Temperature of tempura ranged from 18.1oC to 26.9oC. Bags of cut vegetables placed on shelving rack. Staff indicated foods have been out since morning (now 3pm).
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods, if not cooling, should be stored in cooler at 4oC or less. Foods discarded.

1. A portable electric stove and frying pans are noted at the back kitchen preparation area. Staff indicated frying pans are from previous owners. Since there is no ventilation hood in the facility (except above the small deep fryer), no cooking generating grease laden vapor is allowed. Remove frying pans.
2. Please be reminded as per approved plan - no bubble tea or any beverage preparation is allowed in this facility due to space and storage issue. Many boxes (food, takeout boxes) are already taken over some space at the front.
