Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the time of inspection there were 21 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The children were observed participating in free play and snack time. Staff certificates were available for review but not posted as the supervisor is creating new bio boards. Supervisor stated she will post them once they are complete.
Discussed DLSP Active Play policy and outdoor play during extreme weather. Licensing will send this documentation to the Supervisor via email.
