Corrective Action(s): - Immediately. Remove the glass from the ice-bin.
- Immediately. Stop such practice. A proper scoop must be available for the ice-maker.

Bar:
- Handwashing station - hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels.
- Cooler at 2.1C.
- Small cooler at 3.2C.
- 200ppm QUAT solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- Drink dispensing gun/holder in sanitary condition.
- Glasswasher achieved 12.5ppm iodine at final rinse.

Kitchen:
- General sanitation - satisfactory.
- Handwashing station - hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels (nearby) - available.
- All colers temperature at or below 4.0C.
- Food storage - organized & covered.
- Ventilation canopy hood - satisfactory (however, has to be serviced as per the schedule).
- 200 ppm QUAT solution - available in the dispenser.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved > 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. No scoop stored in unit.
- Professional pest control company on site. Traps are set.
- Staff washroom - satisfactory.
