Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink and QUATs sanitizer buckers sanitizing at 200 ppm QUATs. Food preparation sink available.
Fountain drink nozzles in sanitary condition.
Prep cooler, stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Further non-compliance of having at least one staff with valid FOODSAFE LEvel 1 certificate at all times during operation will warrant further enforcement (e.g.: Ticketted offence).
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
