Routine Inspection Conducted

Facility processes dry ingredients (spice mixes) for doughs and crusts. Dry ingredients are mixed, weighed and pre-portioned into bags which are transferred to another Pace Processing location to be further processed. No cooking or other processing observed on site. Facility also stores packaging on site.

Observations:
- General sanitation of facility is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations upon entrance and in staff washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Entrance is stored with clean lab coats, masks, hair nets, beard nets, gloves and other food safety wear
- 3-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- One cooler on site used to store cheese is measured at 3'C
- QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Gluten free and foods containing allergens are stored separately
- Gluten free foods are processed in the spice room #1 and foods with gluten are processed in spice room #2
- All dry ingredients are received from an approved supplier
- Sanitation log is maintained on site
- Staff washrooms are maintained in sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Pest control company conducts weekly inspections on site. Reports verified on site
- Rodent and fly traps are available on site
