-Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -All coolers <or=4C -All freezers <or=-18C -All hot holding units >60C -QUAT sanitizer at dispenser at 200ppm, *please ensure buckets are prepared and in use when ever food is being prepared -Low temperature dishwasher, final rinse chlorine residue detected at 50ppm -Ventilation hood is maintained -No signs of pests, professional pest control company comes in regularly -Staff has FOODSAFE, *please ensure copies of certificates are kept on site -Ice machine is well maintained, scoop stored separately *Please have the walk in freezer looked at, a small pile of ice is forming on the floor underneath fans *Please have the prep cooler in the kitchen by the doorway looked at, a pool of water was observed in the cooler *Please organize and tidy up the back area by the ice machine to ensure single use take out containers do not drop onto the floor
