Observation: Hot water was available during the initial inspection. However, after numerous runs of the low temperature dishwasher, hot water was not longer available.

Follow up inspection conducted
Cleaning has improved from last inspection.
Storage in the back kitchen is now organized.
Majority of the grease has been cleaned from under the front grill area. Ensure frequent cleaning is done for this area to prevent accumulation of grease.
Different spatula available to handle raw and cooked foods.
Low temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 50ppm at plate level after numerous runs as the sanitizer line was not properly primed. Ensure chlorine test strips is available to monitor dishwasher unit daily.
