Walk in freezer - floor appears clean and free of food debris
Under counter cooler (close to donut area) - temperature is 2- 4 degrees C. To prevent temperature loss, replace the rubber lining on the cooler door as noted in the routine inspection report.

At the time of inspection, tray of hash browns left on the dishwashing area counter - do not leave any food items in this area (even temporarily) in order to protect food from possible contamination.
