Comments

- Handwash station was equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towel and liquid soap - All coolers were at 4C or less - Freezer units were at -18C or less - Dishwasher was not in use during inspection. The 3-compartment sink was in use for dishwashing equipment/utensils - Quat sanitizer solution was tested at 200ppm - General sanitation of premises is satisfactory - The cake display cooler was measured at 12C but once doors and drawers were completely closed and after all products were remove from cooler, cooler temperature reduced to 4C quickly.
