REPEAT VIOLATION: Pre cooked noodles in room temperature.
Corrective Action(s):
- 2 hours have not passed since they were prepared. Ensure to either time track them OR move them to the cooler after preparing them. They should be discarded after 2 hours in ambient if time tracking method is used. If no time tracking is observed in the future, they will be discarded immediately.

Observation:
REPEAT VIOLATION: Front handsink is obstructed with large containers.
Corrective Action(s):
Ensure handsink is easily accessible at all times and the area in the front is not blocked. The large containers were seasonings and toppers. Store them in smaller containers or transfer them to the storage locker. Better organization required to allow more space in the area.

- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
