- No teriyaki chicken was being hot held at time of inspection. Staff member said it is hot held during meal rushes and then prepared per order during slower times. Reviewed proper reheating/hot holding procedures at time of inspection. Ensure foods are reheated to 74C before transferring to preheating hot holding unit to be maintained at 60C or higher.
- No food/boxes were stored in hallway at time of inspection.
- Bulk food bins have been cleaned.
- Hand wash stations were fully equipped and unobstructed
