Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Once again, tempura items are observed at room temperature, no time tracking. 3 containers of tempura are measured to be 18.7oC; 22.6oC and 24.6oC. Staff indicated it was very busy today and tempuras were made this morning (now 2pm). Facility opens at 11:30am daily.
Corrective Action(s): This has been discussed many times. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept hot (over 60oC) or cold (under 4oC). Foods discarded.
A violation ticket will be issued.
