Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in kitchen was blocked with dirty utensils and was not available for handwashing at the time of inspection

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash station in kitchen supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Cooler unit is measured at less than 4C
- Freezer unit is measured at less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish level
- Food storage practices are satisfactory, dry storage cabinets are well organized
- No evidence of pest activity is noted during inspection
- FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent is verified, expiry is March 2027
- General sanitation is satisfactory
