Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Sanitizer in use. 400ppm QUATS main dispenser at 2 compartment sink is in good working order. 200 ppm QUAT detected in sani buckets. Dishwasher final rinse at 74.2C at plate. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C to -21C and below. Dry storage is satisfactory. Food protected from contamination and stored 15 cm above the floor. Food products are date stamped. Dedicated colored utensils in use for cooking raw protein to prevent cross contamination. Accurate temperature monitoring units in use. Chemical and pH test strips available on site and in use. Daily check records available for review. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and allergen/safe food handling procedures. Take out containers and single use utensils are sanitary. One pop cooler at front retail - satisfactory. Permit posted at front retail area. Facility in compliance. Establishment well maintained.
