Follow up inspection conducted to verify corrective actions completed. - Sushi line cooler has been repaired. Service report was provided to EHO detailing repair which was completed. Temperature of unit is now at 4C. Thermometer present in unit. - In use scoop for mashed potatoes stored in sanitary manner (in hot water) to ensure scoop does not come into contact with food product. All violations identified on routine inspection report have been corrected.
