All freezers at -15 to -25C Temperature logs are up to date Handsink in the back and washroom are equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water *please repair the paper towel dispenser at handsink Two compartment sinks operational Quats sanitizer available onsite - requires manual mixing when water is passed through Test strips onsite but is expired (July 2018) *please replace your spray bottle (labelled) Back area still remain as staff use No evidence of sampling observed, both tables are used to display products only Adequate food storage observed General sanitation: good *Health approval pending to food sampling as discussed.
