- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quats, test strips are available make sure to check spray bottle concentration daily.
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine
NOTE: must check chlorine concentration daily
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
