Routine inspection conducted
Internal temperature of hot foods were at least 60C or above.
Cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
General sanitation was satisfactory and has improved from previous routine inspection.
commercial dishwasher unit not in use. Staff members are using the 3-compartment sink method to wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment. The sanitizing compartment was filled with at 0ppm at the start of the inspection and staff was about to replace the solution. Once replaced, the solution was at 200ppm.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
