Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pastries/desserts in the display cooler were at 7-8 deg C. Operator had brought them out at opening (less than two hours prior to inspection).
Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted cooler down during inspection. In the meantime, potentially hazardous food items (ie. sausage rolls) were moved to a working cooler in the kitchen until the cooler can maintain internal temperature of 4 deg C or less.
