Observation: A spray bottle of sanitizer was found located at the back sink for produce. Quats test strip and chlorine test strips did not work.

Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 73 deg C at plate surface.

Walk-in cooler was at 5-6 deg C.
Customer produce area was in sanitary condition.
Produce display cooler was at 4-5 deg C.
