-Old droppings noted behind the chest freezer. Pest control is coming on site, report viewed during the inspection.
-Ensure that packaged foods sold here have at a minimum, the following: the name of the establishment, contact number, ingredient list.
Discussed labelling during the inspection.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 72 C at the plate level.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
