COMMENTS:
- Cooked food not found at room temperature during inspection
- Personal items have been separated from food production areas and food equipment areas
- Cutting boards removed from floor
- Dishwasher is adequately supplied with sanitizer solution
- Site inspection conducted yesterday from Pest Control company. Health Inspector reviewed technician report
- Hole sealed in food equipment storage closet
- Paper towels added to washroom


ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- More cleaning in bar area, dry storage room and food equipment room. Rodent droppings found in corners and in hard to reach areas. Ensure staff take these areas apart and clean and sanitize areas.
- Back door has large gap under metal door. Install door skirt
